Registration information
Registration fees include admission, conference materials, meals and coffee breaks. Participants are expected to book and pay their own accommodation and travel.
If you want to settle your registration fee payment via internal transfer, please contact info@ipic.ie.
Abstract submission
Start your abstract submission for oral or poster presentation by clicking on the below button and creating an account.
Abstract review results will be announced three weeks after the submission deadline.
Requested fields
- Title – The title should not exceed 15 words.
- Presentation Type – When submitting your abstract, you can apply for an oral or poster presentation. A selection process will take place with the results announced 2-3 weeks after the abstract submission deadline.
- Theme – Please choose one conference topic from the drop down menu in the abstract submission form.
- Authors and affiliation – Enter the details for each author. Please do note that all communication will be to the lead author, listed as number 1 only.
If there is more than one abstract author: When you are entering your abstract authors, please note that the ‘affiliations’ section needs to be completed.
The number generated on the affiliation should correspond to the author affiliation number.
- Abstract body – The abstract should not exceed 1000 words. If you copy-paste the text to the form, please check that all special characters are legible.
You may need to add these manually by using the special character keyboard in the abstract submission form.
- Keywords – Please define max 5 key words of your choice.
- Acknowledgements - Please add all acknowledgments for technical and financial support.
- References - Please list all references.
